Your words. Our moderation.

Before you hit Submit.

WELP and BUTT HURT are a lot of fun. They're also public-facing systems, so here's what happens when you send us something, in normal human language.

What gets submitted?

A WELP includes your chosen pilot name, rating, written opinion, optional corporation/alliance names and whether you'd recommend us. A BUTT HURT form may contain extra incident details that you decide to provide. Please only send information you're happy for moderators to read.

01. Private moderation queue

Submitted reviews and reports are stored by the website's backend and are not automatically published. The admin team can review, edit, approve, reject or remove submissions.

02. Publication is deliberate

Approved WELPs can display your pilot name, rating and text. Published BUTT HURT reports can show more extensive complaint details, so don't include secrets or identifying information. An approval is not a confirmation of the claims.

03. Spam and safety checks

The service uses rate limits and connection-derived identifiers to reduce spam. Admin actions and moderation decisions are logged. Don't submit malicious links, real-life personal details, private chat logs without permission or unsafe content.

04. Corrections and removals

If you submitted something accidentally or notice private information, contact Send Dudes leadership in the in-game channel Send Dudes or message Phantom Silver. Include the WELP/report reference number if possible. Published content can be corrected or unpublished by a moderator.

What do we not promise?

We cannot guarantee anonymous submissions or independent identity verification. There's no guaranteed deletion deadline. Data and audit records are managed by website administrators, and normal service backups may retain historical copies for a limited operational period.
