alliance information

Policies, rules & fleet instructions.

The rules are simple: communicate, trade fairly, put in effort, follow the FC during fleets, and treat the people around you properly.

Send Dudes policy

The basics.

These are the rules that keep fleets, payments, loot, and alliance support fair and predictable.

01 · Voice communications

Be on comms during fleets and emergencies.

If you are not on voice comms, we cannot coordinate a safe rescue. Do not expect others to risk ships or pods when communication is missing.

02 · Fair payment

Use fair alliance prices.

LP, goods, and services must be traded at a fair value. We do not rip off our own members.

03 · Effort equals reward

Help goes both ways.

Do not expect other people to carry you. Pilots who want alliance support are expected to contribute effort as well.

04 · Fleet doctrine

Use the correct doctrine fit.

Follow the published fitting unless the FC clearly says the fleet is kitchen sink. Do not change doctrine fits without approval.

05 · Loot distribution

Replace losses before splitting profit.

Fleet loot above 100 million ISK is handled by the FC or another designated pilot.

  • First: compensate pilots who lost ships during the fight.
  • Then: distribute what remains among the participating pilots.
06 · Payouts

Payouts are per active player.

Payouts are based on real participating players, not alt count. Scouts and other useful roles still count even when they do not appear on the killmail.

07 · Militia chat

Do not represent us in militia drama.

Avoid public arguments in militia chat. When you speak there, you still represent Send Dudes.

Community rules

Clear lines.

These rules are direct on purpose. They apply in public and shared Send Dudes spaces.

01 · Religion & politics

No religious or political discussions in shared channels.

Do not start or continue religious or political debates in Discord, voice comms, fleet chat, corporation chat, alliance chat, or other shared Send Dudes spaces. Personal beliefs are private.

02 · Impersonation

Do not impersonate staff or leadership.

Do not claim to be staff, a volunteer, leadership, or another person when you are not.

03 · Behaviour

Do not ruin the game for everyone else.

Fun stops being fun when it is always at someone else’s expense. When you are crossing that line, stop.

04 · Personal attacks

No harassment, threats, or stat shaming.

Personal attacks, targeted harassment, threats, deliberately offensive language, and intentional trolling are not allowed.

05 · Private disputes

Move personal disputes out of public channels.

Use direct messages for private matters, personal information, and conversations that are disrupting a public channel.

06 · Profanity

Keep profanity under control.

Swearing happens, but excessive profanity and aggressive language should not take over the conversation.

07 · Moderation

Handle moderation questions privately.

When a post or message is moderated, discuss it privately with the people involved instead of turning it into a public argument.

08 · Pinging

Only ping people when it is necessary.

Do not ping roles or staff without a real reason. Use the correct channels and normal messages whenever possible.

09 · Taboo content

No pornographic, drug-related, or shock content.

This material does not belong in Send Dudes community spaces.

10 · Language

Use English in the main channels.

Use designated language channels for other supported languages and keep those conversations inside the correct section.

Voice comms reminder

Do not leave the bar empty.

Voice comms only become active when people sit in them. Staying for a while can be the difference between an empty channel and a group forming naturally.

When you enter an empty voice channel, stay for a while. The next pilot who joins will find someone there instead of another empty room.
Stay around. Someone else may join because you did.
Main combat rules

Know who we shoot.

Outside fleets you have freedom. Inside fleets, or when faction warfare and alliance relationships are involved, follow these rules.

Fleet operations

Follow the FC and fleet instructions.

During a fleet, the alliance rules, FC instructions, and relevant faction warfare directives apply.

Solo engagements

Choose your fights, but do not AWOX.

You may choose your own targets when flying solo, but do not attack your own faction or allies.

Pirate engagements

Do not shoot pirates from our own militia.

Only engage them when the FC or alliance leadership clearly authorises it.

Neutral fleets

Do not help neutrals kill our militia.

When flying with neutral pilots, we cannot assist them in killing members of our militia.

Structure engagements

Structure bashing is usually optional.

Participation is only required when the target is a War Declaration Headquarters or another structure leadership considers critical.

Frenemy-based alliance

Cooperative when needed. Independent by default.

Send Dudes works with respect and restraint while keeping the freedom to fight where fighting is intended.

No high-sec crime: we do not engage in criminal actions in high-sec.
No shooting purple: purple standings are not valid targets.
No permanent blue wall: permanent blues are only used in rare and well-founded cases.
Temporary blues: temporary blue standings may be used for specific short-term reasons.
Low-sec: neutral pilots in low-sec are fair game.
Assistance: people can always ask. We help where it makes sense.

Final note: These policies may change as Send Dudes evolves and EVE Online changes. When something is unclear, ask leadership before making assumptions.
